DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK

We offer free Royal Mail Standard delivery on all orders to addresses within the UK. If you wish, we will send your purchase via Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service, guaranteed to arrive by 1pm next day (£6.85). We will send you a tracking number on the day we despatch your order. We would advise that you use this service for orders over £100. All orders over £200 will automatically be sent by Special Delivery free of charge.

DELIVERY TO REST OF WORLD

We will deliver to the following countries: Countries within the European Union, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Australia, New Zealand, USA and Canada. Orders to these countries will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked service. All orders over £200 will be sent free of charge.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30 day return or exchange policy* To be eligible returns must be received within 30 days of the purchase date, must be unused and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return cost in this instance. A Returns & Exchange form will be placed with your jewellery just in case! You will need to complete this form and place it in your package before returning it. If you wish to exchange your jewellery for a different piece please call us before posting on +44 (0)7508 442 364.
